Purpose

To define quality measure set and recommend to the Center for Health Information and Analysis any updates to the measure set. A standard quality measure set is defined as uniform reporting of a standard set of health care quality measures for each health care provider facility, medical group, or provider group in the commonwealth

Section 54 of Chapter 288 of the Acts of 2010, as amended by Section 14 (b & c) of Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012
