Health and Human Services
To make recommendations to the Commissioner concerning the administration and allocation of the Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund established in section 2G, establish evaluation criteria and perform any other functions specifically granted to it by law. The Prevention and Wellness Advisory Board advises the Commissioner of Public Health on the administration and allocation of the Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund.
Note: FY15 budget language eliminated this board and consolidated the work of the board in the Prevention and Wellmess Commission.
