The Finance Advisory Board is tasked with promoting transparency, public accountability and adherence to best practices within the State with respect investments, borrowing or other financial transactions made or entered into by state entities and involving public funds. The Board makes annual reports containing recommendations to State Authorities and constitutional officers as specified in MGL Ch 6. Sect. 98.Seat Restrictions
